On Location travel packages include the best seats in the stadium, hotel accommodations with full Irish breakfast daily, an exclusive school Welcome Party, regional excursions with tour guides and regional transfers (for 2- and 3-City itineraries), a Dublin attraction ticket with one-day access to Hop-on Hop-off buses and over 30 of the best destinations in the city, a commemorative souvenir and credential, and trained on-site staff to assist with your stay. 

Our goal is to make paying for your trip as easy as possible. Once you have selected a hotel package you have the option to set up a payment plan. The payment plan will divide the package total into equal payments that are charged monthly to the credit card on file. On Location does not charge a fee for payment plans. As a result, establishing a payment plan early will result in smaller monthly payments. For reservation policies, click here.  

Guests can select a ticket section from the available sections at the time of reservation in Step 3. 

Any person attending the game above the age of 2 will require a game ticket. 

If you plan on traveling with a child aged 3-11 please fill out a special request. 

We consider a special request the following: 

• Triple / quad occupancy 
• Due to the average size of a room in Ireland being smaller compared to the U.S., triple and quad occupancy is by request only  

Child pricing 

• Child packages are for those aged:
  • 3-11 years old at the time of travel 
  • Lap children two and under do not require a package, however you must notify On Location in writing of their attendance

• Nights pre and/or post (shoulder nights) package dates 
• Purchasing shoulder nights through On Location guarantees that you do not need to switch hotel rooms during the duration of your stay 
• Room upgrades 
• All rooms are Run of House (standard room) unless noted otherwise within the package. If you would like a room upgrade, we can request this on your behalf.

Airport transfers are not included for guests who do NOT purchase a group air package.  Air package buyers will have airport transfers included both to and from the airport. These group airfare options will become available in November 2026. 

Approximate transfer durations from Dublin & Shannon Airport to other cities outside of Dublin are listed below. Shannon Airport is a much more convenient airport for guests going to Cork, Galway or Kerry while guests going to Belfast or Kilkenny should fly into Dublin Airport. Guests not traveling outside of Dublin, should fly in and out of Dublin Airport.

• Dublin to Belfast = 2.5 Hours | Shannon to Belfast = 5 Hours 
• Dublin to Cork = 4 Hours | Shannon to Cork = 2 Hours 
• Dublin to Galway = 3 Hours | Shannon to Galway = 1.5 Hours 
• Dublin to Kerry = 5 Hours | Shannon to Kerry = 2.5 Hours 
• Dublin to Kilkenny = 2.5 Hours | Shannon to Kilkenny = 2.5 Hours 

Irish Airports are much smaller than most American airports and will experience high volume on your departure day. Please anticipate an early start on your departure day. We will schedule your transfer to get you to the airport at least 3 hours in advance of your departure time. This will be necessary to ensure you are able to make it through check-in, security, and customs prior to your flight. Final confirmation of departure airport transfer pick-up times will be sent approximately 30 days prior to departure.

We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for your flights and hotel package as a whole. If you experience any missed hotel nights and/or excursions due to airline travel delays or flight cancellations, your package remains non-refundable.  

Purchasing travel insurance may cover certain travel disruptions. Allianz Travel is our recommended 3rd party travel insurance provider. You can add travel insurance while purchasing online or over the phone with our guest services team. The following cancellation schedule will apply to all hotel package reservations:  

• From the time of booking until September 4, 2026 – Deposit amount paid per person will be retained and is non-refundable.
• September 5, 2026, to January 4, 2027 – Cancellation fee of 50% of total reservation cost will occur.
• January 5, 2027, to May 4, 2027 – Cancellation fee of 75% of the total reservation cost will occur.  
• May 5, 2027, and later – All cancellations are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to On Location at Ireland@OnLocationexp.com. Package cancellation dates and fees apply to all applicable package upgrades and additional excursions.
• Cancellation of deposit packages must be submitted in writing to On Location to Ireland@OnLocationexp.com. The per person deposit amount will be forfeited upon cancellation and is non-refundable. 

Game tickets are only available through official hotel and hospitality packages until early 2027. Remaining tickets will be made available through the Wisconsin Athletics Ticket Office.
