On Location travel packages include the best seats in the stadium, hotel accommodations with full Irish breakfast daily, an exclusive school Welcome Party, regional excursions with tour guides and regional transfers (for 2- and 3-City itineraries), a Dublin attraction ticket with one-day access to Hop-on Hop-off buses and over 30 of the best destinations in the city, a commemorative souvenir and credential, and trained on-site staff to assist with your stay.

Our goal is to make paying for your trip as easy as possible. Once you have selected a hotel package you have the option to set up a payment plan. The payment plan will divide the package total into equal payments that are charged monthly to the credit card on file. On Location does not charge a fee for payment plans. As a result, establishing a payment plan early will result in smaller monthly payments. For reservation policies, click here.

Guests can select a ticket section from the available sections at the time of reservation in Step 3.

Any person attending the game above the age of 2 will require a game ticket.

If you plan on traveling with a child aged 3-11 please fill out a special request.

Airport transfers are not included for guests who do NOT purchase a group air package.  Air package buyers will have airport transfers included both to and from the airport. These group airfare options will become available in Fall 2026.

Approximate transfer durations from Dublin & Shannon Airport to other cities outside of Dublin are listed below. Shannon Airport is a much more convenient airport for guests going to Cork, Galway or Kerry while guests going to Belfast or Kilkenny should fly into Dublin Airport. Guests not traveling outside of Dublin, should fly in and out of Dublin Airport.

Irish Airports are much smaller than most American airports and will experience high volume on your departure day. Please anticipate an early start on your departure day. We will schedule your transfer to get you to the airport at least 3 hours in advance of your departure time. This will be necessary to ensure you are able to make it through check-in, security, and customs prior to your flight. Final confirmation of departure airport transfer pick-up times will be sent approximately 30 days prior to departure.

We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for your flights and hotel package as a whole. If you experience any missed hotel nights and/or excursions due to airline travel delays or flight cancellations, your package remains non-refundable.  Purchasing travel insurance may cover certain travel disruptions. Allianz Travel is our recommended 3rd party travel insurance provider. You can add travel insurance while purchasing online or over the phone with our guest services team. Game tickets are only available through official hotel and hospitality packages until early 2027. Remaining tickets will be made available through the Pitt Athletics Ticket Office.
